It was yet another busy week of live music and interviews on Lauren鈥檚 show. On Monday, Billboard chart-toppers, Alabama Shakes, dropped in to play us a couple of songs from Sound & Colour and talk about their rapid climb to fame after the unexpected success of their breakthrough debut. On Friday, Nemone sat in for Lauren. She was joined for a spellbinding live session from R贸is铆n Murphy, who brought a string quartet along and filled out humble hub with some of the most beautiful noise it has ever played host to. She told us about living a double life during festival season, and how she knew it was the time to end her eight-year album hiatus. To round things off, our resident film buff, Chris Hewitt, reviewed the utterly bonkers Mad Max: Fury Road and Pitch Perfect 2.
