The Curious Case of Kreuziger Concludes
Cyclist Roman Kreuziger responds to news that all charges against him have been dropped, but where does this leave the biological passport?
Roman Kreuziger, an elite cyclist from the Czech Republic was suspended after being accused of doping by the World Anti-Doping Agency, WADA and the UCI, the governing body of cycling. Something Roman always strenuously denied. The suspension came because of an anomaly in his biological passport. Just a few days ago WADA and the UCI dropped the case against him and he and his lawyer gave their reaction to Sportshour. We look at where it leaves the biological passport as a tool for catching cheats.
Salvador. A year on
