The owner of the Rana Plaza factory complex has been charged with murder. We hear from the 大象传媒's Akbar Hossein in Bangladesh, and discuss the issues with Sam Mayer, from the campaign group "Labour Behind the Label", which has been campaigning on behalf of Bangladeshi garment workers.
