In an extraordinary half hour of radio, Stephen Nolan talks to Michael, who calls in after Chief Constable Simon Bailey said that men sexually attracted to children should be treated as patients not criminals. Michael (not his real name) talks about how he was abused as a child; how he鈥檚 forgiven his abuser; how he himself struggled for many years with being attracted to children; how this battle was particularly difficult as he brought up his daughters; and how men like him need opportunities to talk about what they鈥檙e feeling, to help them so they don鈥檛 turn to abuse.
