It's decision day at Stormont. MLAs are due to vote on the welfare reform bill today.It seems the crunch vote will go ahead, despite Peter Robinson's admission to hospital with a suspected heart attack.The DUP says the welfare reform legislation has to be passed, to avoid a massive budget black hole crisis. But Sinn Fein and the SDLP have vowed to block it. So has the crisis finally arrived.

Sometimes in life, remarkable things come from devastating events. In November 2014 Philip Anderson buired his mother, Brigid and wife, Mary, within days of each other. Mary was just 40 years old and had been diagnosed with brain cancer in 2002. Philip has decided to take on a remarkable challenge in order to keep his wife's memory alive, he's running a marathon every week this year. Our reporter, Nicola Weir, went to meet Philip and his 10 year old son, Peter, at their home in Coalisland. And a warning that some listeners might find this interview upsetting.
