Start your day with the latest news and updates, with Jim and Jo at breakfast.

The mother of a severely disabled man in Leicester says he's become a prisoner in his own home since changes were made to the way he is cared for. William Abraham from the Saffron Lane area of the City has cerebral palsy. He used to receive payments from the Independent Living Fund to cover the costs of his personal assistants. But after a 6 month stay in hospital Leicester City Council took over the financing of his care - ahead of the closure of the ILF this week. Ever since then, he says he's been given less money to spend on carers which means he's often left alone during the day to look after himself. Neil Lennon remains one of the favourites to become the next Leicester City manager. The former Foxes midfielder was down to two-to-one ON with some bookies last night - but he's currently the manager at Bolton Wanderers. It all comes after the shocking news a couple of days ago that Nigel Pearson had been sacked. Pearson ended his second stint in charge of the Foxes with a mixed reception. Zookeepers at Twycross Zoo say they're making sure all the animals are kept cool during this heatwave we've been experience. Penguins - who are use to cooler climates - have been bathing in their cool pool and sprayed with water mist. Dr Charlotte McDonald is the director of Life Sciences - she says they look out for signs for when the penguins are hot.
