Does women's football need more female coaches?
Germany are the number one team in women's football and one of the favourites to win the 2015 FIFA Womens World Cup in Canada but unlike the majority of teams, they have a strong history of female coaches who have been able to deliver impressive results over the last three decades.
Caroline Rigby has been speaking to Doris Fitschen, one of the country's most successful female footballers who is now the team manager of the German women's national team, about the development of women and girls in football both on and off the pitch.
She told Sportsworld that it's "really important to keep the former players in football" because of the experience they can pass on to young players.
