大象传媒 Hereford & Worcester - Have We Got You Stumped cricket ticket competition.

Terms and Conditions
1. Entry is open to all UK residents (including Channel Islands and the Isle of Man) who are aged 16 or over, except 大象传媒 employees or those of its affiliates and their close relatives or any person connected to the competition. Proof of age, identity and eligibility may be requested.
2. The competition will run in accordance with the on-air trails when editorially justified - in any event the competition will open and resolve within the Breakfast Show on the day announced.
3. Entrants will hear six pre-recorded audio clues to the mystery year played out across the programme. Entrants are required to correctly identify the year from these clues.
Entry to the competition is by calling the number: 0345 300 8181. Standard geographic charges from landlines and mobiles will apply.
The telephone lines will open at approximately 06:45 GMT and will close at approximately 08:30 GMT on competition days.
No other method of entry will be accepted. Only one correct entry is allowed per listener per day. Entrants must get the bill-payers permission before calling to enter.
4. The competition is only open during the times announced on-air. Entries received outside these times will not be registered but entries will still be charged. The opening and closing times may change so please listen to announcements during the show.
5. Each day, after the competition closes, one entrant will be randomly selected from all the correct entries. The selected entrant will be called on-air and must be available to take the call between 08:45 and 08:55 GMT in order to claim their prize. If the selected entrant does not answer the call then the prize will be forfeited and offered to another entrant also selected randomly from all the correct entries, with the same rule applying until a winner is found.
6. The 大象传媒's decision as to the winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
7. The Prize will consist of two tickets to see Worcestershire Rapids play (hospitality box seats, includes food but no travel, accommodation or any other expenses). Tickets must be collected in accordance with instructions given by the production team with proof of identity. The 大象传媒 will not be responsible for any failure by the ticket holders to gain entry or re-entry to the event due to the behaviour of the ticket holder or their failure to meet the admission requirements of the event, including minimum age of the ticket holders. Ticket holders are responsible for checking admission requirements to the venue. The 大象传媒 will not be responsible for the suspension or cancellation of the prize event. The 大象传媒 will not provide an alternative or replacement prize.
8. There is no cash alternative and the prize cannot be sold or transferred in any circumstances.
9. Entrants must agree to take part in any post-competition publicity if required.
10. The 大象传媒 reserves the right to: (i) vary these Terms and Conditions; (ii) disqualify any entrant who breaches the rules or has acted fraudulently in any way; (iii) withdraw or substitute any prize, at any stage, should any winner or their guest exhibit inappropriate or dangerous behaviour (including, but not limited to being under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs or chemical substances or causing a nuisance) and; (iv) cancel the competition, at any stage, if in its opinion it is deemed necessary or if circumstances arise outside its control.
11. The 大象传媒, its sub-contractors, subsidiaries and/or agencies cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem which may result in any entry being lost or not properly registered.
12. Personal details collected will be handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The 大象传媒 will only ever use personal details for the purposes of administering this competition and only ever hold personal details for as long as is required to administer the competition and no longer. 14. The promoter of the competition is the British Broadcasting Corporation and the applicable law is the laws of England and Wales.
15. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them when entering.
