First painting from Nazi-looted art haul sold at London auction

Max Liebermann's Two Riders on a Beach sells for nearly $3 million. It was among more than 1,200 works found in Cornelius Gurlitt's Munich apartment 3 years ago. Julian Radcliffe is Chairman of the Art Loss Register.
