Broadway director Arnold Albertson falls in love with call girl Izzy Patterson and decides to cast her in his new play – a play that stars his wife, Delta, alongside her former lover Seth. To complicate matters further, the plays writer – Joshua Fleet – also falls for Izzy, at the same time as he is dating her therapist, Jane.
