Selling tickets to dinner: The future of restaurant reservations?
Would you pay for your entire meal in advance to book a table at a restaurant? A growing number of eateries are asking diners to do just that in an attempt to tackle the problem of 'no-shows', which restaurateurs say is a big drag on profits.
