Father's fight for justice: 'Outrageous' that my son's killer has not been charged
A father is calling for justice after a coroner ruled his young son was unlawfully killed. Toddler Sam Harry died from a brain injury inflicted while in the care of his mother Deanna Buffham and her ex-boyfriend Ryan Bate. However the CPS says there is "no realistic prospect" of a prosecution as each suspect blames the other.
In an emotional interview, Sam's father Nicholas Harry said it was "outrageous" that they had not faced a single charge.
