Decorate a village, beat stress?
A village, two hours outside Taiwan's capital Taipei, is offering stressed office workers the opportunity to have a cheap cultural holiday in return for helping to keep the community alive.
Many young people have left to look for work and the older residents find it hard to keep up with maintenance.
One holidaymaker, Tom, explains that volunteering makes a welcome change from his life in Taipei.
