Looking into research that states Black men face double the risk of prostate cancer
Research is being launched on Thursday which reveals that black men not only face double the risk of getting prostate cancer in comparison to white men, they also face double the risk of dying from the disease. 92% of black men are unaware of the increased danger they face and 23% actually think they have a lower risk. We'll be encouraging black men across the country to wise up to their risk of prostate cancer and take action by speaking to their GP.
