Teach perspective to help with geometry.

Empower students by teaching them perspective before geometry, marrying art and science.

Nobel prize winning theoretical physicist Frank Wilczek says school geometry should start with the science of perspective. This would empower students to do some attractive, surprising, artistic things right away, and would immediately enrich their experience of the visual world. They wouldn鈥檛 feel that they are passive recipients of useless information. Bonus: The first steps in perspective are easier than Euclidean geometry!
