GBBO 2012 winner John Whaite on the lost art of keeping a secret
The Great British Bake Off is back, but if you fancy a flutter on the eventual winner, you'll have a bit of trouble. Bets have been suspended amid fears the winner's name has been leaked.
John Whaite won the Great British Bake Off in 2012. He spoke to Eddie about how he kept his win a secret for weeks. John told PM:
鈥淭hey (members of the public) do try and get it out of you. You鈥檝e just got to remember that these people aren鈥檛 your friends, they just want to get information out of you and you have to just ignore them and carry on.鈥�
