This week The H2O Show marks its 200th programme. To celebrate, Sir Robin Knox-Johnston and Shelley Jory-Leigh present the programme from one of the cranes at DP World in Southampton Container Port.

They find out how the port has developed over the years and how containers have revolutionised the shipping industry. And Shelley tries her hand at picking up a container from a ship.
