Families of British soldiers killed in Iraq are threatening to take legal action against Sir John Chilcot, who led the inquiry into the conflict.
The five-member panel, began its work in 2009 and held its last hearings in 2011. Reg Keys' son Lance Corporal Thomas Keys was killed in Iraq in 2003. He tells the Victoria Derbyshire programme the process is like an "open wound" and they need closure.
Lawyers for the soldiers' families claim Sir John acted unlawfully by refusing to set a deadline for those criticised in the report to respond. Matthew Jury, a lawyer for the families, spoke to Naga Munchetty along with Mr Keys.
