What is the investment outlook for Africa?
With a rise in interest rates in the United States looming, investment money that has found a home in emerging markets over the past few years is showing signs of returning to developed markets.
Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) continues to move into Africa - a lot of it as capital for huge projects - but a recent survey on "investment attractiveness" conducted by Ernst &Young found that things are not as rosy as they used to be.
