It was a long day of erratic trading in US markets today, that marked the biggest single-day gains in the Dow Jones Industrial Average and the S&P 500 since 2011. But with the record rise on Wall Street after the record fall, what does the upheaval say about China's effect on the global economy and its political future? We speak to Anne Stevenson Yang of J Capital Research in New York.
