Jonny Wilkinson: "Collisions are like car accidents"
Rugby World Cup winner Jonny Wilkinson spoke to Justin Webb about changes in the game and England's chances in the upcoming tournament.
Wilkinson spoke about the increasing fitness and physicality of the game since England won the World Cup in 2003.
"You talk about collisions being like car accidents at 30 miles an hour, that's just getting faster and the cars involved in those collisions are getting bigger," he said.
Wilkinson also touched on the exclusion of English players playing overseas and coping since retiring from the game.
Building Jerusalem, a documentary telling the story of England's journey to World Cup victory in 2003, is out on DVD on 14 September.
