'No-one can enter or leave'

News from the predominantly Kurdish town of Cizre is sketchy. Turkish forces say they've killed 30 Kurdish PKK fighters there in recent days but many say most of the dead were civilians. Matthieu Delmas is a French freelance journalist in the town. He sent us this message.
