The new Labour leader told the prime minister that government changes to tax credits were 鈥渁bsolutely shameful鈥� as he used a question from a voter named as Paul about the issue.

David Cameron replied there was a need for a country "where work genuinely pays" but broke off from replying to ask if all MPs were aware of the "new question time".
