Running an African airline
A serial entrepreneur who started a trucking business and traded in soft commodities, Michael Shirima launched Tanzania's first private airline in 1991.
In the 25 years since it was created, Precision Air has flown high, but recently it has experienced turbulence - caused by volatile markets, a fallen oil price and difficult regulators.
The 大象传媒鈥檚 Lerato Mbele sat down with Mr Shirima and asked him how difficult it really is to run an airline in Africa.
