This week Manny will be discussing hate crime - crimes which can be targeted at a person due to their race or ethnicity. We hear Ayesha's story, a Muslim woman from Cheltenham and talk to SARI, Stand Against Racism & Inequality based in Bristol. It's national curry week, so we head onto the streets of the West to found out what their favourite Indian dish is and why it's so popular. Plus we hear how the Asian community in Bristol will be gearing up to celebrate Navratri. The celebration, which literally translates as "nine nights", is dedicated to the Hindu goddess Durga.
