Are electronic cigarettes safe?
Electronic cigarettes are being used by many today to try and quit smoking, and a recent report has said in future they could be prescribed on the NHS. But are they safe?
There are now more than two and half million users of electronic cigarettes - or "vapers" as they're known - in the UK, and they are being used by many today to try and quit smoking. But are they safe?

Peter Allen is joined by the 大象传媒's health correspondent Adam Brimelow; Sarah Jakes, from the New Nicotine Alliance; Deborah Arnott, the Chief Executive of anti-tobacco health charity Action on Smoking and Health (ASH), and Ram Moorthy, from the British Medical Association (BMA).
