Co-operation
Two things are vital for conflict resolution within groups and teams. These are encouraging or afirming others and refusing to co-operate in anything that humiliates anyone. A look at ways of building peace and trust in places with multi-ethnic groupings, with examples from Burundi and Azerbijan.
