Sleep - why do some of us enjoy it and why some benefit from it more than others. Humans have less of a biological need for sleep than other mammals, however we do need to sleep in order to rest and re-set our brain. Quality rather than quantity is important. The programme also looks at sleep disorders such as snoring, sleep walking and insomnia.
