Tim Franks travels to South Sudan to find out why the world's youngest nation has failed to deliver on the hopes placed in it at independence.
There is a shaky ceasefire in place in South Sudan. A deal was signed in August to end two years of bitter civil war between government troops and rebel factions in Africa鈥檚 newest state. Thousands of people have been killed and more than two million displaced. Tim Franks travels to South Sudan to find out why the world's youngest nation has failed to deliver on the hopes placed on it at independence.
