Guildford's music festival scrapped for 2nd year
Surrey's biggest music festival is to be scrapped for a second year.
Guilfest had been a regular event at Stoke Park in Guildford, but the borough staged Armed Forces Day there instead this year.
And 大象传媒 Surrey now reveals that the council has decided it will take until 2017 for the grass to regrow.
Environment councillor Matt Furniss tells us he would then prefer an event like a food festival or antiques show in future years.
