There may still be 31 days to go, but our festive spirit has definitely kicked in after yesterday's events in Leicester city centre.

Real reindeer in Jubilee Square, a giant Christmas tree, and thousands of twinkling Christmas lights which were switched on at 4.30pm on Humberstone Gate by Leicester's Lord Mayor Councillor Ted Cassidy.

Both Jim & Jo were hosting the main stage which saw some great entertainment including Leicester singer Hannah Boleyn, LA Bella Ukele and the cast of panto 'Snow White' with our very own Martin Ballard.
