It might be a bit of a cliche, but it feels like with all the technology we have these days, some of our teenagers never leave the house!

Well NCS, or National Citizens Service, is aiming to change that.

They're currently running their Autumn programme, which aims to get young people out and about every weekend, and to raise money for a good cause whilst they're at it.

Humairra Sheikh is 17. She goes to Wyggeston and Queen Elizabeth College, and she dropped in to this programme just a few weeks ago.

At the weekend 大象传媒 Radio Leicester's Rob Watson went to catch up with her, and the rest of her NCS team, to find out what they've been up to
