We've had discussions before about issues with drinking amongst punjabis, but what's the situation like amongst Gujarati's? We're talking about this today because official figures from the Indian state of Gujarat show that more than 60,000 people have been granted special medical permits to drink alcohol, even though it's banned in the state.
