How do you provide the best conditions for start up companies to prosper and create growth?

Well one hub of creativity in the South West of England reckons it has the answers.

Set Squared - based in the cities of Bristol and Bath has been named as the world's leading university incubator

Since it began 13 years ago - the hi-tech hub has supported more than 1,000 start ups, has raised more than 1.5 billion dollars of investment and helped create more than 9 thousand jobs.

Susannah Streeter spoke to Nick Sturge, the director at the Bristol SETsquared centre...and Tom Carter - the founder of innovative tech firm Ultrahaptics to find out more.
