Commons Speaker praised Syria vote stint
The Commons Speaker has been praised for chairing Wednesday's marathon parliamentary debate on Syria without leaving his seat.
John Bercow, who's also the MP for Buckingham, stayed in position throughout the 10-and-a-half-hour session and remained there during the subsequent vote.
The Shadow Leader of the Commons Chris Bryant questioned how he managed it - curious if there was a "filtration" system in the chair.
