Justine Frischmann: Why I Dropped Music For Art
Justine Frischmann, former Elastica frontwoman and Suede co-founder, explains why she dropped music for art. Justine left Elastica in 2001, six years after her band's album 'Elastica' was nominated for a Mercury Prize. She moved to Colorado where she studied visual art, before settling down in her new career as an abstract painter.
