Blood, sweat and tears - those are the words used to describe the work ethic of NBA legend Kobe Bryant.

Bryant announced earlier this week that after 20 years at the top this would be his last season as a professional basketball player.

And someone who knows Kobe well is former LA Lakers talent scout Bonnie-Jill Lafflin she told Sportsworld's Lee James what life was like working with Kobe:
