County children's services to be run by a Trust
In Northamptonshire County Council's draft budget, the authority said it will speed up a move to create a new Trust to run all children鈥檚 services.
The company will be run by the council, but Conservative councillor Heather Smith says it will allow them to attract more staff, a more 'able and stable' workforce and to save money.
