Should voting age be lowered for EU referendum?
Should 16 and 17-year-olds be able to vote in the in/out referendum on the UK's EU membership?
Many peers in the House of Lords think so and they are likely to vote in favour of that again this week - despite opposition from the government, who say they are frustrating the will of elected MPs.
The Conservative MP Craig Mackinlay and shadow minister for women and equalities Cat Smith discussed the issue with Jo Coburn.
