Jim is joined in the Cool Seat by chef Chris Burt; from his mother's huge restaurant in West Africa, via The Savoy and Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons to being Executive Head Chef of several restaurants in Shrewsbury – it was always food for Chris. Travel has influenced his food, and he feels it’s very important to give something back.
