The physicist Joseph Rotblat and Tom Cochran of the Nuclear program at the Natural Resources Defense Council talk about what could happen if plutonium fell into the wrong hands. While Bill Wilkinson of the British Nuclear Industry Forum talks about how the stockpile of 1000 tonnes of plutonium (a byproduct of conventional nuclear power stations) can be recycled.
