Chris Hawkins Interviews David Quantick
Chris Hawkins sits in with the award-winning writer, broadcaster and critic David Quantick. Quantick began his career in 1983, reviewing rock music for the NME. In the thirty years that have followed, he has worked on radio and TV shows including On The Hour, The Day Today, The Fast Show and Brass Eye; he is responsible for creating the world's first internet sitcom, 'Junkies'; and he has enjoyed immense success with the publication of his 2004 book 'Grumpy Old Men'. In this interview, he looks back on some of the greatest pop culture writers of the eighties and nineties, and introduces his new book, 'How To Write Everything'.
