A woman from the Forest of Dean has pleaded guilty to using a false reference in a job application and has been ordered to repay twenty-thousand-pounds.
Fifty-one year-old Elaine Fiander of Wesley Road in Lydney took up the post of smoking adviser at 'Quit Stop', in Gloucester, in 2013.
But an investigation,which was launched due to her poor performance, found that she'd used false names as references.
Fiander, who pleaded guilty at Cheltenham Magistrates Court, has also be given a six month prison sentence, suspended for two years.
