Macmillan One2One Support Project: Part 2
Cancer is a disease often associated with older people, but every year thousands of teenagers and young adults are also given the heartbreaking news.
Now, a special support service is being set up in Leicestershire to give emotional and practical advice to those aged between 18 and 30 who are feeling lonely and isolated.
It's a collaboration between the Macmillan charity, as well as De Montfort University, and the East Midlands Teenage and Young Adult Integrated Cancer Service.

She's a Macmillan Clinical Nurse Specialist for survivors of teenage and young adult cancer. She set up this 1 to 1 project.
