There's been exciting news in one Leicestershire village this week, after Waitrose announced they'd be moving to Mountsorrel!

The supermarket chain is acquiring the Budgens store in Granite Way, which will continue trading until the end of February.

It's expected that 40 new jobs will be created locally, but there could also be a further boost for the area.

It's called the Waitrose effect..and houses could well go up in price as a result of a new store opening.
