Memories of the Flying Scotsman
It's probably the most famous steam locomotive in the world and an icon of British engineering.
Now - after a decade away from the tracks - the Flying Scotsman is set to return to the rails this morning.
It follows a four million pounds restoration project overseen by the National Railway Museum, who acquired the historic engine for the nation in 2004.
To celebrate the Flying Scotsman will be touring the UK this summer - and you'll have two opportunities to see it in Leicestershire when it stops off in Melton Mowbray!
One person excited by the prospect is Radio Leicester listener Ted. On He called Jim & Jo from Evington to reminisce about the Flying Scotsman.
