How do you become the best finance minister in the world?
The former finance minister of Nepal, Dr Ram Sharan Mahat, has been named finance minister of 2015 by 'The Banker' magazine. He was in office during the period of rebuilding after the disastrous earthquake last year. Roger Hearing asks him what he considers to be the key virtues for a good finance minister.
