Skydiver escapes mid-air crash
American skydiving instructor Mike Robinson was flying at 12 000 feet over Wisconsin near Lake Superior in 2013. For the 64-year-old it was just another routine jump - one of the thousand or so he had already made over a long career. But as he told Jo Fidgen, things didn't quite go to plan.
