Rory MacLean lives in Yetminster now. In the 1970s he worked with Bowie on a film called Just A Gigolo in Berlin and filmed UK dates of his world tour. Here he tells Steve Harris about the unusual way the Thin White Duke unwound during the intervals at his live shows.
