Club condemns Essex derby fan violence
Southend United said a scuffle that broke out during the side's derby against Colchester was "completely unacceptable".
A handful of Blues fans spilled onto the pitch towards the end of the match on Saturday, and appeared to throw punches at rival supporters.
In a statement Southend said it would take "very strong action" against fans who invade the pitch or attack others.
The footage was taken by Colchester United fan Miles Reed, whose team lost the game 3-0.
